Football & Cheer uniform fittings will be at United Samaritan next to Main Street Deli in Hughson. Date TBD in May
Please email hughsonyouthfootbalcheer@gmail.com if unable to attend.

This is MANDATORY if not fitted for a uniform your player will be dropped from the roster and unable to participate.

***Balances are due at this time***

Volunteer deposits are due at equipment and uniform handout
Reminder: Volunteer Deposit checks are separate from registration fees.
Volunteer deposit checks will not be cashed until the end of the season,
if volunteer hours have not been fulfilled or football equipment is not turned in.

Once hours have been completed and football equipment has been turned in at the end of the season,
checks may be given back to parent/guardian or shredded.

CHECK MUST BE DATED 11/1/2025

Players names must be in the memo line.
Volunteer Deposit is $200 for one player/participant and $250 for multiple players/participants.
-Volunteer hours are eight hours for one player and ten hours for multiple players/participants.

***Up to four players per volunteer check if an additional check is required and double the volunteer hours.
**All players must be from the same family/ same household.
